Dermatology and Venereology

On the skin and its adnexal structures (scent glands, sweat glands, sebaceous glands, mammary glands, hairs and nails), in children and adults, various changes and diseases can occur and are successfully treated, such as warts and other benign growths, fungal infections, dermatitis, acnes, rosacea (excessive face redness), psoriasis, pigmentation disorders, skin tumours and other. Dermatological and venereological examinations are recommended in the event of any change of the existing conditions or appearance of new changes on the skin, mucosa, skull or nails. Such examinations are performed by dermo-venereology specialists and include the anamnesis, i.e. collection of the patient’s data on skin and venereal diseases, diagnostic and laboratory tests as required.
